Sure, we’ve all heard that we have the same amount of hours in a day as Albert Einstein and Leonardo DaVinci. But they didn’t have television and Trivia Crack. Our days can get so hectic, and it can feel like our 24 hours go by very fast. We wonder how other people seem to get it all done. (I’ll give you a hint, they don’t.) One way to figure out how you are actually spending your day is to fill out this Time Chart. There is a link in the sidebar to the actual PDF file.
As you go about your day, write down exactly what you are doing and how long it is taking you. This will help you to see what tasks eat away at your time, and how much time you spend on the meaningful activities that you want to be doing. How much time do you spend commuting? Or waiting in line? Or making dinner?
Then spend time evaluating your Time Chart. Is there anything you want to change? Is there anything you can change? Are there any minutes that you can add back into your day. Or are you amazed at how much you really are accomplishing in your 24 hour day.
